"ΚΕΛΕΜΙΑ" ΝΤΟΛΜΑΔΕΣ ΚΡΕΜΜΥΔΙΟΥ (STUFFED ONIONS)

Έχοντας περισσέψει αρκετή γέμιση για λαχανοντολμάδες  & έχοντας μερικά μεγάλα κρεμμύδια έφτιαξα πρώτη φορά τα λεγόμενα "κελέμια" ή "σουγάνια" δηλ. ντολμάδες  σε περίβλημα κρεμμυδιού περίπου όπως περιγράφεται στη συνταγή εδώ: http://www.ethnos.gr/entheta.asp? catid=23981&subid=2&pubid=87866663. με τη διαφορά ότι τα μαγείρεψα σε πυκνή σάλτσα ντομάτας με πρόσθεση  σάλτσας με λιαστές ντομάτας.
